Our mission spans three key regions: the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. As a relatively small organization with 21-50 employees, we focus intensely on improving diversity, equity, and inclusion across various industries.

Our platform lists jobs and actively assesses and endorses employers who meet our stringent criteria for workplace equality. This allows us to ensure that the companies listed are genuinely committed to creating supportive environments for women.
