Who we are

We’re a small team, with a big passion about developing quality digital products.

After working with startups and creating our own products, we learned the hard way how a product development process should be like. We like solving problems creatively, but we enjoy even more finishing products people actually need and are able to use. And, if we can provide them with a remarkable experience, that’s the cherry on top.

Our 4 day week

In August 2021 we were planning to raise the salaries of the entire team, but we had talked before about trying out 4 days work weeks. So we decided to let each team member pick whether to get a raise or work one less day in the week. And guess what? Everyone preferred a 4 days work week. (Aside: four months later we had our collective raise too.)

Disclaimer: This is not a fake 4 days work week. We work the same amount of hours per day we worked before, between 6 and 8 hours. We didn’t increase the number of hours per day to 10 hours or downsize the salaries. We simply cut one day of work per week, we don’t work on Fridays.

Our work week

The first hour on Mondays is for our Breakly (Breakfast + Weekly) where we write down the work for the week by project and department (business development, communication and operations).

The Breakly meeting doesn’t determine all the work we need to do, it is just an aim or direction for the week. On Thursdays, we have a Retro Meeting where we review what we achieved or not. Plus, everyone measures their week from 0 to 10, along with a description of what went well, what went poorly and what can be improved. Then we end the week with a gin or cider.
