About You

We are looking for a ludicrously talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our studio. You’ll be responsible for your own diverse range of projects as well as leading the creative team, driving the creative vision for our clients’ branding projects that meet the brief and exceed client expectations. Your position could grow into a creative lead role in time.

Responsibilities:

• Create groundbreaking visual design concepts and execute them across various media, including print, especially packaging, digital, and environmental
  
  
• Lead the creative team, providing direction, mentorship, and guidance to ensure that the work meets the brief and exceeds client expectations
  
  
• Collaborate with the strategy and account teams to understand client needs and develop design solutions that align with their objectives
  
  
• Develop and present design concepts and solutions to clients, articulating design decisions and providing persuasive rationale for creative choices. All whilst representing the L&L vibe
  
  
• Ensure design work is completed on time and within budget, and that projects meet our high standards
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in a branding/design agency setting
  
  
• A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates your creativity, strategic thinking, and design skills. We’re looking for ingenious concepts, perfectly executed
  
  
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  
  
• Experience working on branding and identity projects, including logo design, typography, colour, and brand guidelines
  
  
• Experience with packaging design from a brand implementation point of view is a must
  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide persuasive rationale for creative choices
  
  
• A collaborative and positive mindset and the ability to work effectively and lead the team
  
  
• A solid understanding of how to get the best out of AI tools
  
  
• A good grasp of copywriting, art direction would be an advantage
