What youâll do
- Plan and Schedule Releases for SaaS Customers: Collaborate with teams to organise and schedule software releases for our SaaS customers, ensuring timely delivery while accommodating necessary fixes and improvements including custom requirements for custom clients.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for SaaS customers, providing release-related information, updates, and ensuring alignment on timelines and content.
- Process Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain release management processes to support efficient delivery to SaaS customers, ensuring all stakeholders follow established protocols.
- Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to align on process adherence and resolve any technical challenges, ensuring release plans fit customer needs, fixes and deadlines.
- CI/CD Pipeline Improvement: Identify and manage implementation of enhancements to the CI/CD pipeline, finding ways to improve efficiency and reliability while ensuring releases for SaaS customers are on time and incorporate necessary patches or fixes.
- Validation and Automated Testing Oversight: Actively monitor the validation process and oversee the results of fully automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of new versions before release.
- Cross-Team Testing Coordination: Regularly check in with teams to ensure that automated testing is effectively integrated into their development cycle and that any issues identified are promptly addressed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed or buggy releases for SaaS
What youâll bring
- Proven experience in managing SaaS software releases.
- Strong communication skills for customer and stakeholder updates on releases.
- Previous experience in documenting and maintaining release management processes.
- Previous experience in collaboration with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and align release plans.
- Experience with GitLab.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in optimizing them for efficiency.
- Expertise in automated testing and validation processes for release quality.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in failed or problematic releases.
- Continuous improvement mindset, regularly refining release processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes within the Agile delivery model.
- Strong project management skills, coordinating multiple teams and releases.
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.

The base salary for this position is âŹ4.750 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
